How much is shipping?
UK shipping is free on every order. We dispatch within 1–2 working days and most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet — we're focused on getting UK orders to you fast. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & guarantee

What's your returns policy?
30-day returns, no drama. If you or your dog aren't happy, return it unused in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

What's the leak-proof guarantee?
If your Paw Pack Bottle ever leaks in your bag, we'll replace it free. The multi-layer seal is the heart of this product and we stand behind it.

Product & quality

Is it safe for my dog?
Yes. The body is food-grade 304 stainless steel — the same material used in premium human water bottles — and the bowl is food-grade silicone.

How do I clean it?
Rinse with warm soapy water after use. The silicone bowl wipes clean in seconds, and the wide opening makes the bottle easy to wash by hand.

What size dogs is it for?
All of them. The 10oz / 285ml capacity suits small and medium dogs for a full walk; for large dogs on longer hikes we recommend the Adventure Pack (2 bottles, 15% off automatically).

Will it leak in my bag?
No — the multi-layer seal is designed to be tossed in a rucksack, tote or glovebox. That's the whole point.

Can I use it for treats or food?
The silicone bowl doubles as a treat or food bowl on the go. The steel bottle itself is designed for water.

How much water should my dog drink on a walk?
As a rule of thumb, dogs need roughly 30–50ml per kg of body weight across a whole day — more in warm weather or on active walks. Offer water every 15–20 minutes on warm days.
